# Open Oracle Alpha Refund Policy Effective July 15, 2026 Open Oracle has no paid trial. The Free plan does not require payment. The first successful paid subscription charge for an account is eligible for a self-service refund for seven calendar days after the charge. An approved refund returns that charge to the original payment method, ends the paid subscription, and moves the account to the Free plan. Payment-provider timing may delay when funds appear. Renewal charges and later paid-plan charges are not refundable except where law requires otherwise. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. You can cancel through account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves paid access active through the current paid period. A refund does not convert used Open Oracle credits to cash. We may reject a duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, or ineligible request while preserving rights that applicable law requires. If the self-service option fails, contact billing@open-oracle.com within the seven-day window and include the account email and charge date, but never send full card details.
